Digital Tools for Tenants

Our goal is to improve access to information for tenants when navigating government and court systems.

Get Involved

We are seeking information from a variety of perspectives including tenants, tenant advocates, landlords, government officials, court administrators, attorneys, and judges.

We want to learn about your biggest frustrations and challenges, and highest aspirations for how landlord-tenant issues can improve in Washtenaw County.

This information will be used to develop an online platform for tenants. Ultimately, we aim to:

  • increase information available to tenants about their rights and responsibilities

  • reduce burden on courts and judges, and

  • make tenant experiences legible to government officials.
